Students, who were immediately evacuated to Beth El Synagogue at 8:30 a.m., are now returning to campus and the school day will resume.

8:45 a.m. MESSAGE

Good morning parents and guardians,

Out of extreme caution for the safety of our students, they were evacuated to Beth El Synagogue at 8:30 a.m. this morning, Monday, Dec. 19, 2022 because of a mechanical issue and the smell of natural gas within BSM’s building.

CenterPoint Energy is enroute to check all equipment. Students will remain at Beth El until 9:15 a.m. when they will either return to school or be released to go home.

We will keep you informed as more information becomes available.

Thank you,
