Congratulations to Chesterton Academy Senior Levi Sattler and Benilde-St. Margaret's Senior William Krusemark who qualified for the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) State Wrestling Tournament. Sattler went undefeated for a first place finish at Section 5AA Individual Finals at Bloomington Kennedy High School on Saturday, February 21.
In addition to Sattler's first place finish and Krusemark’s second place finish, the boys varsity team had impressive finishes:
- 121 lbs/ Damien Alcantara - 6th Place
- 127 lbs/ Henry Nystrom - 6th Place
- 145 lbs/ Levi Sattler - 1st Place
- 152 lbs/ Anthony Berns - 3rd Place
- 189 lbs/ Will Krusemark - 2nd Place

The 2026 MSHSL Wrestling State Tournament will be held Thursday, Feb. 29 - Saturday, Mar. 2 at The Grand Casino Arena in downtown St. Paul. Sattler and Krusemark will compete in the first round of Class AA wrestling which begins on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. The championship matches will happen on Saturday, Mar. 1.
