In celebration of the school‘s 50th anniversary, “Around the Knights’ Table” the classic 1981 BSM cookbook has been reprinted - full of nostalgia, BSM love, and more than 750 recipes!
This 400+ page spiral bound book is available for purchase at $50 through the BSM Spirit Shop. Purchasing your copy by Tuesday, Dec. 5 will guarantee delivery by Christmas.
The cookbook can be ordered and picked up in the spirit shop at BSM between December 15 - 19 or ordered and shipped to you for an additional $10.
“Many alums have worn out copies at home, and we decided this is the perfect time to resurrect a classic that is used on a regular basis throughout the year,” said Joanie Kopp Sauer ‘88. “There are family favorite recipes for every meal, quantity cooking, and the “famous” sugar cookie recipe from Mrs. Dalsin, the cook at Most Holy Trinity School.”
The cookbook makes for a great Christmas present and for anyone interested in trying Red Knight specialties. “While scanning and reformatting the original cookbook, it was heartwarming for me to think of the many women who spent hundreds of hours assembling the original cookbook at our home in the early 1980s,” said Jennifer Kopp Ott ‘84.
Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will be used for events organized and hosted by the BSM Parents’ Association.
