Marketing and Communications Manager

The Associate Director of Admissions is a critical member of the BSM Admissions team. This position will be an integral part of the recruitment efforts of the BSM Admissions department.
The position will be balanced between external-facing relationship building with potential students and families and logistical, tactical, and strategic support throughout the recruiting season. Specifically, the Associate Director of Admissions executes the student recruitment plan to meet the annual enrollment goals for the High School (grades 9-12). In collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Management they support the development of the recruitment plans.
Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000

Director of Safety and Security
Full-time, Administrative
The Director of Safety and Security is responsible for guiding, implementing, and managing safety and security measures and protocols to help ensure a safe and secure environment for students, employees, and visitors.
The Director will have a background in and strong understanding of safety, security, and crisis management best practices, and will be able to train stakeholders and implement practices into daily school operations. They will be a visible presence throughout the campus, and they will foster strong partnerships with local law enforcement and other community members.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in physical security, emergency preparedness, and facilities safety operations along with a strong desire to participate in a Catholic school community.
Candidates will be expected to build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and other community partners. This position will work closely with many stakeholder groups, both within and outside of the school.
This is a 10-month exempt position reporting to the CFO.
