High School Principal
Benilde-St. Margaret's School is seeking a seasoned administrator to contribute their perspective, knowledge and enthusiasm to the leadership of the Senior High School.
The High School Principal has as its primary purpose to provide leadership and ensure quality in the academic and student affairs programs for Benilde-St. Margaret’s School to achieve the fullest attainment of its unique Catholic mission. In collaboration with the President and administrative team, the Principal shares responsibility for the integration of faith and culture within the school through successful academic and student programs, including curriculum development.
The Principal coordinates the program of supervision, observation, and evaluation of the faculty and instructional program and the guidance and counseling program. The Principal coordinates all phases of policy implementation related to academics, instruction, and curriculum and coordinates all student affairs programs and co-curricular activities through the Assistant Principals and Director of Athletics. The Principal is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the school as accomplished through effective delegation of responsibilities to the administrators, faculty and staff.
Expected start date of no later than July 1, 2025. Compensation for this position will be starting from $130,000 annual equivalent, this is a staff position working 12 months.

Director of Athletics & Activities
Benilde-St. Margaret's School is seeking a Director of Athletics & Activities who is responsible for the development, organization, administration, coordination, and supervision of the athletic & activities programs at BSM. This includes hiring of coaches, advisers, and staff, ordering equipment for teams, promoting events, matches, and meets. BSM has a robust co-curricular program with over 60 co-curriculars in a variety of sports, clubs, and academic areas. The Athletics & Activities Director will work with BSM administration to evaluate a department model that supports families and students most effectively.
This position also serves as a brand ambassador of BSM to area schools and league organizations as well as to potential students & families. The director of athletics & activities is expected to regularly attend events to ensure smooth operation and provide a positive experience to BSM families and visitors. In addition, this position is expected to attend and coordinate coaches to participate in open house events to showcase the athletic & activities available to potential students.

Maintenance - Day Position
Starting pay from $20.00 per hour
Position Overview:
- Perform janitorial maintenance of building and grounds. Participate in the set up and tear down of equipment for events.
- This position also requires some weekend or evening hours to open or lock up facilities for various events and activities.
- Ensure a safe, secure, clean and functional environment for BSM students, visitors and coworkers.
- Perform continuous review of school environment to address interior appearance to promote the image and brand of BSM.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
