Prom night signifies the conclusion of the school year, serving as a memorable celebration for juniors and seniors who have dedicated years to learning, friendship, and school spirit. 

BSM's Prom is an elegant affair open to juniors, seniors, and their guests. The event includes an optional Grand March, a formal dinner, and a dance, with the location changing annually to ensure a fresh and exciting experience for attendees.

Benilde-St. Margaret’s is thrilled to announce that this year’s prom will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Minneapolis Event Center. Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with magic, fun, and the whimsy of an enchanted garden, complete with arcade games and a night full of memories! Grand March Information

Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Time: 5:30–6:00 PM (arrive by 5:15 PM and line up in the Great Hall)
Location: BSM Theater

Who: All junior and senior attendees

Grand March is a ceremony prior to prom where guests can walk across the stage and pose for a photo. Guests will be introduced to the audience and parents and a photographer will take their picture. Parents, siblings, and other family/friends are invited to attend in the Hamburge Theater to watch. 

Students should arrive by 5:15 PM and line up in the Great Hall. They will fill out a slip with the names of a couple or a group of up to four friends. Once students are announced, they will walk across the stage and pause in the middle for a photo opportunity. You are invited to take a quick photo of students on stage or with family in the Atrium before heading to Prom.

After Grand March, there will be some time before students are allowed into Prom at 7:00 PM, making it a great opportunity to take additional photos. Suggested locations include by the Minneapolis Event Center, where Prom is being held, the Stone Arch Bridge, or in the St. Anthony Main area.

Attendees: Juniors and seniors only

BSM juniors and seniors may bring one guest from outside BSM who is also a junior or senior in high school. Guests must have a completed guest form on file at BSM and a current student ID to enter.

Students will enjoy a delicious dinner, a magical photo booth, exciting arcade games, and music from a DJ, including songs requested by BSM students.

Ticket registration was sent to students via email. Only BSM students are allowed to register for tickets.
