Building the BSM Community

Parents take tickets at Homecoming BBQ

The Benilde-St. Margaret’s Parent Association (PA) plays a vital role in creating a strong, connected community by organizing events for parents, students, faculty & staff. With a shared goal of providing the best educational experience for our children, the PA invites all parents and guardians to join our efforts as we plan for an exciting 2025–2026 school year.

The BSM Parent Association is making plans for the 2025-2026 school year and invites all
parents/guardians to join our efforts!

The PA plans and hosts a wide variety of events that foster school spirit and connections such as:

Student Events: Finals breakfasts, ice cream truck visits, and special celebrations for seniors.
Family Events: Homecoming Tailgate, Father-Daughter Dance, and Mother-Son Dance.
Middle School Events: Unique programming designed especially for middle school students.
Faculty & Staff Appreciation: Memorable events throughout the year to recognize and thank our
dedicated team.

In addition to community-building events, the PA organizes three major fundraising efforts that help
keep event costs low and school spirit high:

  •  Knightsbridge: A premier boutique shopping event for the community, featuring more than 60 vendors. The PA coordinates logistics, solicits vendors, and hosts this highly anticipated event.
  •  Winter Poinsettia Sale & Spring Plant Sale: Seasonal plane sales that offer high-quality selections while raising funds for other PA events. Volunteers manage all aspects from promotion to pick-up.

Every BSM family is encouraged to get involved—whether you have a few hours or can lead a
committee. With seven PA committees and many volunteer roles, there's a role for everyone - no
matter your time, talents, or availability.

Joining the PA is a meaningful way to support our school, make lasting connections with other parents,
and create memorable experiences for our students. We hope you’ll consider joining us in making a
difference at BSM.
