Destination Imagination Team Qualifies for State Tournament

The Destination Imagination (DI) team has qualified for the state tournament, set for March 23 at Jackson Middle School and Champlin Park High School. Destination Imagination inspires and helps students become the next generation of innovators and leaders.

As part of the program, students complete various standards-based challenges in STEM, Improv, Visual Arts, Service Learning and Early Learning.

This year, Red Knights will be competing in the Improv Challenge which incorporates “research, spontaneity and storytelling.”

This isn’t the first time BSM’s DI team has made an appearance at state. In fact, every DI team at BSM since conception has advanced to the state competition!

Congratulations and best of luck to Emily Charette, Alex Charette, Xander Coonen and Luis Mojica. Way to go, Red Knights!
