BSM's National Merit Semi-finalist and Commended Students
BSM congratulates our National Merit semi-finalists and commended students in the 63rd annual National Merit Scholarship Program: "The National Merit® Scholarship Program honors individual students who show exceptional academic ability and potential for success in rigorous college studies."
The semi-finalists include, Henry Koch, Ben Larson and Abby Letscher.
BSM's list of commended students include, Gabriel Bauer, John Beutz, Ian Black, Joe Dunn, Ryan Frost, Hannah Nichols, Jack Rickman and Brandon Weatherly.
These students placed among the top percentile of more than approximately 1.6 million students who entered the competition by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).
The National Merit Scholarship Program will be awarding 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $32 million next spring.
A Letter of Commendation from BSM and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation will be presented to these students at the awards ceremony in May. Congratulations, #BSMProud!
