Round-up.jpgWelcome to Red Knight Round-up Online for the 2011-2012 School Year!

Please be sure you have your Unique Family ID Number and Family Name--exactly as it appears on the letter you recieved in July--ready. This was included in the Round-up mailing that you received in mid July.  If you do not have your ID number, please call 952-927-4176.  You will not be able to do the survery without the correct ID Number.

The Round-up online process is divided into Part One: Online Survey, Part Two: Downloadable Forms and Part Three: Optional but Important. We suggest having a credit card accessible if you plan on making your Parent Association donation online, and please be sure you have your Unique Family ID Number available. You will also need verhicle information (make, model and license plate) if your student will be driving to school.

Please make sure that all outstanding financial obligations, including your July tuition payment for the 2011-2012 school year, has been paid by Friday, July 22. If payment has not been received prior to attending Round-up, please plan to meet with the Finance Department on your Round-up day.

  • Bring downloadable forms from Part 2.
  • Have your checkbook with you if you wish to set up a Taher lunch account.
  • Keep in mind the dress code for your student's picture. 
    • Shirts must have sleeves to the shoulder. Cleavage and undergarments may not be exposed.
    • No clothing with inappropriate designs and/or messages. 
    • No facial jewelry. 
    • No unnatural hair color, cut or style which may call undue attention to the student.

PART ONE:  Round-up Online
Form access days: July 18-31 and August 3-8 only
Part One is an online form. You must enter the Family ID number that was mailed to you in July. You must answer every question marked with a red asterisk (*). You have the ability to save the form and restore the answers when revisiting it later, but after the form is submitted, you will not be able to re-enter it. Please make sure to proofread everything before you click "submit." You are not able go back in to make changes.

PART TWO:  Round-up Online *REQUIRED* Downloadable Forms
There are some forms required by each family that must be maintained as a hard copy. Please print and complete each required form. You must bring the completed forms with you to Round-up. Forms requiring signatures must contain all signatures on the same form. In some cases, one form, per child, is required.

Athletics and Activities Forms

Forms are required for partipation in athletics/extracurricular activities (i.e. sports, speech, debate, drama, etc).

Transportation

A complicated Minnesota state law guarantees equal school bus transportation to all students, attending either a public or a private school, or financial aid as a substitute. The process for each family to receive this financial aid is dependent upon which public school district the family resides in. Please review the List of School District Requirements.  If required - print out Form 1000, complete it and bring to Red Knight Round-up / Transportation Table.  For those districts which require separate contracts and if these contracts are available online -- please click the link below and complete the contract as requested.

Following is a list of districts that provide online transportation contracts:


Laptop

A laptop (provided by BSM) is required for all students enrolled in grades 7-12 . An agreement form must be submitted to school prior to release of the laptop to the student. Students and parents/guardians must first read BSM's Acceptable Use Policy for Laptops and the Internet before signing the form linked below.



PART THREE:  Optional but Important

  • Order a Sr. High Yearbook  Yearbooks can only be ordered online through Jostens and with a credit card. Junior high families will order yearbooks at the end of the school year.
  • Order Lifetouch Portraits  (For Students in Grades 7-11) Technology allows you to preorder your pictures by choosing a pose and package before you come to Round-up. Your Picture Day ID for logging in to the Lifetouch site is found inside the Lifetouch brochure that came with your Round-up materials.
  • Volunteer Requirements  If you plan on volunteering for any school event or Parent Association event you must either provide information on where and when you took VIRTUS training or sign up to take VIRTUS training, and submit to a background check. BSM offers VIRTUS training on August 16 at 8 a.m. or 6 p.m.
  • Sign up for "Notify Me" on Master Calendar for BSM events. This feature allows a parent to set up an e-mail notification for specific events and activities, so that changes (not including practices) for the selected activities will be e-mailed to you. You can sign up for events/activities other than the sports that are listed on the first page, by clicking on the "continue" button on the bottom.
