General Ticket Information

The BSM Auction, “A Knight for All Seasons,” scheduled for November 12, 2011, is an evening of fun and fellowship for our entire community! We will start the evening with Mass in the BSM chapel. After the service, we’ll open the doors to our Great Hall. There, guests will have time to enjoy a drink, socialize with new and old friends, and bid on many items and gift packages. At 8 p.m., the silent auction will close and we will move to the Haben Center for an elegant meal. The evening will conclude with our live auction. We hope you will join us!

The deadline for purchasing tickets is November 4, 2011.

Individual Tickets: $125 per person through September 15, 2011, and $150 after September 15.

By purchasing an individual ticket, you are welcome to join the BSM community for Mass, silent auction and live auction, which is accompanied by a great meal and entertainment. Dinner tables are set for 10 guests, and you may indicate your seating preferences to the development office by November 4, 2011.

Table Captain: $1,250 through September 15, 2011, $1,500 per table after September 15.

By becoming a table captain and purchasing an entire table, you have the opportunity to invite 9 friends to be your guest at the BSM auction. The table is yours!

Patron Table Sponsor: $2,500 per table

By purchasing a patron table, you receive the benefits of being a table captain, PLUS:

• Preferred seating
• 10 tickets to the auction event
• Premium wine

I am unable to attend. How can I help?

Those unable to attend may offer support for the auction by making a cash or other donation. To make a donation to the auction, please contact Mary Fran O'Keefe at 952-915-4360 or mfokeefe@bsm-online.org.
