The Annual Fund
BSM's Annual Fund is an annual fundraising initiative that supplements our current-year operating expenses. In order to continue to provide a superior academic experience, BSM asks for support from parents, alumni, grandparents and friends. This culture of philanthropy begins with you, and is also an integral part of BSM’s vision to develop engaged, servant leaders.
Gifts to the Annual Fund are unrestricted, which means BSM has the flexibility to prioritize spending within the operating budget. More specifically, Annual Fund dollars are used to support a wide variety of essentials including tuition assistance, classroom supplies, technology upgrades, teacher salaries and benefits, professional development for teachers and athletic equipment.
BSM has chosen to keep tuition at a level that is accessible to more families. In doing so, BSM must close this financial gap through the generosity of our community. Currently the gap between tuition and the true cost of a year of education at BSM is $1,000. As parents, alumni, grandparents, friends and faculty contribute to the Annual Fund, they ensure excellence and accessibility for BSM.
Participation at any level, from $1 to $10,000 or more is encouraged. It is BSM’s hope that you will consider a gift at a level that is appropriate for you and your family. Last year, the average gift to the Annual Fund was $406. You can give to the Annual Fund, using our secure online donation form.

| The education that BSM provides our children is second to none. Knowing that our gift to the Annual Fund – with its support of tuition assistance – will help other students receive a great education makes our yearly gift that much more meaningful to us. We hope that all parents will make a gift to the Annual Fund so that students in need can have the same experience our own children have had. - Al Fan and Sue Wollan Fan |
