Area eighth graders receive recognition

Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School honored 25 eighth graders as Red Knight Achievers during a luncheon on December 9. Various schools nominate these outstanding students, who display strong academic achievement, Christian service and leadership at their current school. Recipients choosing to attend Benilde-St. Margaret’s next year will receive a $1,000 tuition credit.

The following students were recognized: Maggie Aubert and Sean Daley from Annunciation School, Amanda Kautzer and Charlie Wolfe from Benilde-St. Margaret’s Junior High, Joey Pohle and Jimmy Youngblut from Carondelet School,  Louise Rossiter and Ben Dankle from Immaculate Heart of Mary School, Jacob Bruner and McKenzie Dillon from Nativity of Mary School, Sarah Letscher and Brendan Quinlan from Our Lady of Grace School, Martha Miller and Shante Young from Risen Christ School, Jackson Adler and Josie Sticha from Sacred Heart School, Abbey Nichols and Kyle Ryan from St. Hubert’s School, Katheryn Furlong from St. John the Baptist School, Kylie Christensen and Elizabeth Cronin from St. Raphael School, and Samuel Kroening and Stephanie Begalke from St. Therese School, and Abigail Capistrant and Will Blake from St. Vincent de Paul School.
