One of the ESPNHS lacrosse experts, Tom Peace, has been putting together lists of the top lacrosse players in the nation, sorted by position. Two BSM players have earned this prestigious recognition.

Senior Thomas Gilligan was named the nation's No. 15 goalie in the Class of 2012, and senior Dom Burg is said to be the No. 19 face-off player.

Peace states, "Gilligan helped Benilde-St. Margaret's win its second consecutive state title this past spring, saving 16 shots in the title game as the Red Knights beat Eden Prairie by a 9-3 score. Gilligan has yet to make a college decision." See ESPN article for goalie selection.
