Application Procedures

Application Process for All Prospective Seventh and Ninth Graders:

1) An Application Form must be submitted to the Admissions Office.

2) A Transcript Request Form must be submitted to your student’s current school (and previous school if applicable) to release grades from the current and previous school year, most recent standardized test results, behavior and attendance records.

3) All applicants must take a placement test. Visit our Important Dates page for more information.

4) Accepted students are notified of their status in February and invited to register for classes in March.

5) Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis based on availability.

Application Process for Transfer Students:

Transfer students must be in good academic standing (GPA of at least a 2.0) and have sufficient credits for their grade level. An Application Form must be submitted to the Admissions Office and a Transcript Request Form must be submitted to your student’s current school (and previous school if applicable) to release grades from the current and previous school year, most recent standardized test results, behavior and attendance records.  The Admissions Committee reviews transfer applications beginning in March.  Generally, it takes two weeks to reach an admissions decision.
