Embody Catholic Identity
- Define, communicate and convey how we embody our Catholic Identity.
- Proactively integrate the heritage of the Sisters of St. Joseph Carondelet, Benedictines, and Christian Brothers into our daily work.
- Model the way: integrate BSM’s Catholic mission into our lived experiences with faculty, staff, students and parents.
- Enhance the Faith Formation programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the community.
Academic Distinction
- Engage in rigorous continuous improvement to improve student learning.
- Support and enhance teacher performance through a comprehensive, multifaceted professional development program.
- Increase and enhance the use of transformational technology to improve student learning.
- Restructure the delivery model for PE & Wellness programming to promote a balanced student life.
Engaged Community
- Create an environment that exudes hospitality, affirmation, inclusion, and respect for each person.
- Expand and enhance diversity initiatives.
- Leverage strengths in BSM communication and address gaps in order to fully engage all constituents that BSM serves.
- Expand alumni/ae connection and involvement with the BSM community.
Financial Vitality
- Execute year four of the 6-year comprehensive campaign and deliver on the milestones.
- Clearly communicate the annual benchmarks and funding priorities for the campaign.
- Explore new sources of funding for budget enhancement.
- Refine and enhance enrollment management strategies to maintain our position of strength.
Dynamic Leadership
- Strengthen, refine and enhance leadership models while further developing leadership capability and capacity.
- Dramatically strengthen internal relationships, partnerships and communication.
- Strengthen servant leadership skills across the school community.
