Benilde-St. Margaret’s is a highly visible landmark along Highway 100 in St. Louis Park, a suburb just west of Minneapolis. A Catholic junior and senior high school, BSM proudly displays a cross atop the chapel. |

BSM welcomes students from over 30 different school districts, as well as parents and visitors. |

The beautiful Hamburge Theater is part of the school’s fine arts center. Typically, three major drama productions and several other events are held in the theater each year. |

The band room is located in the most northern building, which is connected to the main school building by an enclosed walkway. |

BSM has developed an internationally-recognized Advanced Competitive Science Program. The recently-renovated space allows teachers to use a SmartBoard in the lecture room, which has two adjoining lab areas. |

The average class size at BSM is 21.5. Classrooms have a comfortable and light atmosphere, and several rooms are equipped with either a SmartBoard or Promethian Board. |

All students in both the junior high and senior high receive their own laptop computer at the beginning of the school year. |

Red Knight fans can stock up on apparel and other items at the Spirit Shop, which adjoins the cafeteria. |

The cafeteria serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options, including "Pure Health" items—those that meet guidelines for total fat content, calories from saturated fat, and sodium and cholesterol levels. |

Connected to the senior high, BSM’s junior high is located in a separate wing and maintains a different daily schedule so junior and senior high students are not passing in the halls all together. All BSM junior and senior high students have their own locker for storing books, coats, etc.

The Great Hall hosts a variety of special events, including liturgies, award ceremonies, athletic competitions, coronations, and more. |

The bustling Haben Center is often the site of student activity. |

Athletic games and meets, as well as other competitions and events, are held in the Haben Center. |

A brand new athletic complex includes an artificial turf field (for football, soccer and lacrosse), baseball and softball diamonds, and a track. All are located just to the east of the school buildings. BSM’s home hockey, tennis, and swimming sites are located at other sites near the school. |
